To ensure a safe COVID-19 free environment during the Tre Golfi Sailing Week, the Organization will implement a regularly updated health compliance protocol based on the Italian Health Authorities' indications, in coordination with local health Authorities, Universities, and the Italian Sailing Federation
It is mandatory that all activities must be held under the provisions to contain and control the spread of COVID-19 as issued by the Italian Health Authorities and by FIV. These provisions will be applied by the OA and all participants, crews and guests must comply (DPI).

Protocols and prescriptions regarding COVID-19 may be published at any time. They will state as if they have the status of a rule.
All participants are required to make themselves aware of all protocols regarding COVID-19 set forth by the Italian Government, Healthcare Authorities, Sports Authorities and/or the OA and must comply with those prescriptions at all times during the event (DPI).
Competitors and support persons shall comply with any reasonable request from an even official or OA. Failure to comply may be misconduct (DPI).
The OA may postpone or cancel the event at any time if it considers that this is required by reasons related to COVID-19. Competitors are not entitled to claim any compensation for any expenses they have incurred for their participation or preparation for participation in the event.
